What do you like best? We just started with Clear Company, but so far the product is great. It is extremely user friendly and supports our recruitment team in tracking our goals. What do you dislike? It would be very helpful for the software to have an excel upload feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are better tracking out pipeline, streamlining our systems, and connecting to a broader reach.

What do you like best? The best feature Clear Company offers is the automated on-boarding system. Fully integrated with the recruiting module, on-boarding can be initiated in a few simple clicks. What do you like best? I really like the ease of use of this system. I have used many in the past and this is the most intuitive system I've ever used. I trained my assistant to use the system in less than 15 minutes and she was off and running! What do you like best? Very customizable and easy to understand. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When we first researched ATS, we found HRM. The sales rep was friendly, professional, transparent and knew the product well. The demo was refreshing.
