What do you like best? Clear Company is an easy to use Talent Management solution. The company made the implementation process run smooth without any issue. What do you dislike? I have had no issues, or dislikes at this point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clear Company has improved and streamlined our recruiting process.

User Friendly

What do you like best? How simple it is to use. Its easy to figure out, and if you cant, the account reps and customer service team are happy to help you figure it out. What do you dislike? Sometimes it glitches, and you have to redo your work, but thankfully most work is autosaved. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try. I bet you will love it. ClearCompany is an excellent source for your company's tracking and interviewing processes.

What do you like best? The applicant tracking system allows me to track my candidates and upload their resumes. Easy access to track. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a delay in uploading resumes. Also there is an issue with when I reply to a candidate that the email goes into their spam folder. Organized

What do you like best? Organized. Multi processes can be done all in one place. What do you dislike? Creating a job description format is cumbersome What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding resumes easily. All recruiting info and processes held in one place. Links up to my background check software too.

Multiple users with ease and well supported!

What do you like best? Not only is the system a one stop shop, it is professional, efficient, easy to navigate and most importantly for us in HR - easy to train. All of our hiring managers can use the system to move through their recruiting while archiving all communication, candidates and actions around the recruiting of our positions. Applicant Tracking System is a life saver!

What do you like best? I really like the ability to completely customize the software to fit my companies style and needs. What do you dislike? All that customization makes for a fairly lengthy implementation period. It's totally worth investing the time, though! What do you like best? I am the Director of HR at a high growth company. We needed an ATS that was easy to implements with top service. We found that with Clear Company. The product itself is terrific. The Client Support is amazing. What do you like best? The software is very user-friendly. The system makes recruiting and keeping track of candidates so much more efficient. We've been able to reduce hiring time, customize certain items, and some of our end users have raved on how easy it is to navigate and complete the on-boarding packet. What do you dislike? Awesome for fast growing company!

What do you like best? We love the easy user friendly layout of this applicant tracking system. It is well organized and you can send emails directly from clear company to the candidate, recruiting committee, and other hiring managers.
