Excellent Accounting Software

Have just started to use Clear Books for my small self-employed business, It is very easy to transfer opening balances and get up and running. The app on my phone means I invoice customers there and then by email and can keep up to date with bank balances (using the direct bank feed), revenue, sales ledger etc. It takes a little while to get used to the interface and navigation, but you soon get on top. I use Clear books to manage all my day invoices

I use Clear books to manage all my invoicing. I like been able to attach testing reports to my emailed invoices. I have tried other software but they don't allow the attachments. If I was to be picky, the ability to scan bills should be included with out having to pay a lot extra

I've been using Clear Bookssince I set up as a sole practitioner. I always recommend it to clients and every one who has used it has loved the functionality and ease of use. The help provided is excellent too - never have to wait long for a response and always sorted out very quickly. I wouldn't use anything else and continue in my quest to get as many others using it as I can!
