What do you like best about Clarity Wave? I love the simplicity of the tool, it allows everyone to participate, it pinpoints areas that need to be addressed, it's anonymous which the staff appreciate, and it has a rewards and recognition program built right in. The live data has been so helpful in allowing us to better understand the culture and both address concerns, as well as recognize great work.

What do you like best about Clarity Wave? I like how easy it is to use and how much information I get from the surveys. I also love to see which of my employees are causing more tension among the rest of the team.
