I noticed that my web browser changed without me changing it, and received a strange pop up window. Jake, from Clario, got my computer cleaned up and working. I feel safer knowing my computer is protected.

I was trying to detect spyware on my iPhone and Jake was able to walk me through several steps and locations to check for tampering or misbehaving apps, I wasn’t able to find anything in my phone but I greatly appreciate the comfort in knowing firsthand that I’m all clear of tampering!

Catherine to the rescue
I thought for sure I had a virus but it turned out I was just being tricked into downloading one. Catherine was the person who helped me solve my problem and she helped a lot. Not only did I not get a virus I also now have a safe way to search and not get viruses. I highly recommend this app.
