PROS: I like being able to make customized apps in Podio. I feel it helped kept my business organized significantly. I love how its app can be mobile friendly. I also love its customized alerts since it helps me keep track of my tasks and not be easily overwhelmed with a to-do list.

PROS: It has a user friendly platform that offers all built-in features for effective communication and management of projects. You can find anything you want including details of an event or progress of a project. It allows you to communicate effectively with your coworkers as compared to the use of email. For any project manager or leader, Podio helps you to keep track of the daily events of the project and not miss a thing.

PROS: A professional platform that keeps things organized. Great when it comes to collaborating on projects. Interaction is easy. Fantastic for keeping track of team members online for projects. CONS: I think the UI can be simpler. First time users will find it complicated to use. You'll need a good guide to get through it. There should be an option (ex. chat) available to make it less problematic.
