Mediocre - Decent product, could use better service

What do you like best? I don’t know much about how the server worked, but our IT guys chose it because it worked well with our pre existing Citrix platform What do you dislike? What do you like best? Not thrilled about the update timelines. What do you dislike? At times on accounts the information is not relecting in real time What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bank loans not updating on certain screens

Allows a load balancing and a distribution of data consumption efficiently is recommended to work with citrix platform before others in order to obtain better results What do you dislike?
