What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of access and the helpful-ness of the app. What do you dislike? I dislike the way it connects to my router- it isn’t always very fast. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving video communication problems.

"Perfect to watch a webinar, easy to use"

What do you like best? Easy to use, possibility to chat with organisator during a webinar, just click on the link to connect What do you dislike? I had some problems in the past to connect audio, last webinars everything worked easily What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Easy to use on most applications, clunky in areas and need to get use to interface "

What do you like best? The ability to video chat with associates who are located overseas. What do you dislike? Scheduling a recurring meeting- it took a while to figure out how to schedule a recurring meeting on this software. Once I figured it out, I wasn’t as frustrated with switching to WebEx. The other issue is adding it to my Apple calendar that is synced with Outlook. I keep getting an error message that says”the calendar invitation response can not be sent” What problems are you ...

"Needs improvement"

What do you like best? Ability to host meetings online with ability to have video, record and share screen. What do you dislike? Glitchy. 20% of calls have issues including invitees not able to log or dial in. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be ready for issues by always having a meeting back up plan. What do you like best? The program was easy to run on my computer for the webinar What do you dislike? You had to add information and email again even though a webinar was done previously What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit is to be able to see the webinar via WebEx from April 19th and April 26, 2018.

"Useful for demoing and getting feedback"

What do you like best? The best part is the varied functionality that WebEx has. It lets you screen share, talk, call in from another phone, group call, message, and share screens as well as much more. The screen sharing is my favorite part because it allows us to not have to be in person in the lab to update on progress, making research go by much faster. What do you dislike? "Presentations from others"

What do you like best? Simple and webinars start with participants as muted. I like the ability to be able to direct message a presenter, while the presentation is going on. There are lots of other products out there but seems like this is the most convenient for large companies. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. "WebEx"

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You just follow the link and you are automatically connected. It is very clear if you have a good internet connect and you are able to utilitze slides as well. What do you dislike? I have not actually had to set up a meeting I have just joined so I am not sure if it is easy to set up. But I do not hear any issues with it.
