What do you like best? Some of the things that I liked the most are: ease of use and performance, simple to run, easy set-up, and flow in transition from video to screen sharing. You can mute people and during a presentation that comes in handy. It is fairly easy to go from one feature to the next. What do you like best? I like to video quality and sharing screen feature. It helps to show documents/data directly with attendees. What do you dislike? beep noise is annoyed when someone join /get out of meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend to use Cisco Webex and cause less mail traffics. What do you like best? Webex is consistently reliable. It's easy to send meeting invites to others. Easy to join. Recording is readily available. What do you dislike? For whatever reason, some meetings generate a password. While I appreciate the added security, my clients struggle to enter the passwords when joining meetings. "Convenient "

What do you like best? Easy to use. Its nice going right to my outlook calendar and clicking on the meeting I want to attend. I also like the app a lot. Its easy to join calls while traveling. What do you dislike? I do not have anything in particular I do not like. If anything the voice is just in my head all day long. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? associate and client meetings.

"Recently invested in Zoom after years of Webex. Both are good but Webex needs to improve"

What do you like best? Webex is a good all around tool for conducting screen share based meetings. My organization uses both Webex and Zoom having recently invested in Zoom, which I have found to be the superior platform (it's close, though). Webex is the better tool for screen share based meetings (powerpoint decks, demos, etc) while Zoom is better overall due to the superior video conferencing functions compared to Webex. Sometimes it takes a while to connect, but usually its pretty good What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Realtime meeting with the person at any place."

What do you like best? Very easy in operation, self call by the webex is the great thing. Sharing the screen to the people in other places . sharing of video and audio at the same time. What do you dislike? Echoing of voice sometime, and lagging of screen operation, one anchor can talk for a while and later other person may speak.
