"Easy to use"

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use, and to share your screen/add additional attendees and the multiple options for audio (through your computer, dial-in, etc) What do you dislike? Sometimes the image/video quality is bad, but I think that depends on the internet connection/system and not WebEx itself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Webex for conference calls all the time, for both work and school

What do you like best? Makes meetings easy and collaboration simple What do you dislike? Loading the screen and dialing in can take a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Work remotely

What do you like best? option to only show specific applications while presenting. Ease of various participants to share their screen What do you dislike? Powerpoint will show slide show view improperly unless you know how to mirror screens. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client alignment by showing content from remote locations when unable to be in-person.

What do you like best? That i can record meetings and chat with individuals on the side during web ex privately and start discussions and polls during the meetings. What do you like best? Set up once and you're good to go every time there is a web conference. What do you dislike? None but they can add location sensing and auto-dial phone number. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Show desktop Powerpoint or demonstrations to remote attendees.

"Remote presentations "

What do you like best? Able to remotely call in listen and view presentations What do you dislike? Hard to dial in sometimes depending if you are using a link or not. If no link used you have to remember the meeting password What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remotely view presentations

"Great webinar service"

What do you like best? Presentation sharing is made so easy by “passing the ball”. I love the hand raising feature and ability to field and answer questions. What do you dislike? Anyone can now take over the presentation from the presenter. Several times this has happened accidentally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to work and collaborate remotely at a more advanced level.
