"I like WebEx the normal version. Webinar does give you better control but still not seamless."

What do you like best? I can arrange large scale meetings without having to think too hard about whether the technology will fail me. What do you dislike? Classic issues around giving people audio when they join. Never seem to be able to have a smooth webinar giving people this control. What problems are you solving with the product?
