"Webex is adequate for webinars, but not any more than that."
What do you like best? Webex works for webinars with customers and employees alike. What do you dislike? Webex is full of issues and does not have he best UI, video quality also tends to be poor, not a good way to show off to customers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Compare to other webinar platforms such as On24. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For customer webinars showcasing products and new features, etc.

"Needs improvement"
What do you like best? Ability to host meetings online with ability to have video, record and share screen. What do you dislike? Glitchy. 20% of calls have issues including invitees not able to log or dial in. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be ready for issues by always having a meeting back up plan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote Meetings

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of access and the helpful-ness of the app. What do you dislike? I dislike the way it connects to my router- it isn’t always very fast. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving video communication problems.
