"Missing Features but a Great Tool for Webinars"

What do you like best? It's easy to understand and run a webinar without experience. Sharing screen, receiving questions, chatting back, talking. It's all there. It has a good plug-in with Salesforce and Pardot, which I have used. What do you dislike? I feel the reporting is slow. I feel the recording enablement is slow. What do you like best? Some of the things that I liked the most are: ease of use and performance, simple to run, easy set-up, and flow in transition from video to screen sharing. "Recently invested in Zoom after years of Webex. Both are good but Webex needs to improve"

What do you like best? Webex is a good all around tool for conducting screen share based meetings. My organization uses both Webex and Zoom having recently invested in Zoom, which I have found to be the superior platform (it's close, though). Webex is the better tool for screen share based meetings (powerpoint decks, demos, etc) while Zoom is better overall due to the superior video conferencing functions compared to Webex. "Webex Webinar: The Aging But Reliable Draft Horse Of Video Conferencing"

What do you like best? Their interface is reasonably easy to use, and they don't seem to change just for the sake of changing. That makes it easy for other, less frequent users to still be able to use the platform, even if it's been months or even years. The platform seems very reliable. What do you like best? I like that WebEx Webinars are easy to add to outlook invites. It's easy to forward to new attendees and anyone can sign on. Password protection is helpful in certain situations. Sometimes it is hard to get properly set up if there is not a fast enough internet connection. What do you like best? The screen sharing feature is excellent for hosting remote meetings. What do you dislike? The call quality isn't the greatest. Could be louder and clearer. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great program. Few qualms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This program allows HR to on board new employees much easier.
