Sometimes works great, other times does not work well

What do you like best? Seamless experience between chat, sharing content, whiteboarding, and video calls. What do you dislike? Often drops, sound has an issue, and interferes with traditional WebEx application. No clear delineation between when we're supposed to use WebEx Teams vs. normal WebEx application.
