What do you like best? I can conveniently communicate with my fellow coworkers or classmates. I like that I can use funny gifs when talking or emojis. I like being able to group chat What do you dislike? Nothing really, it’s a great software. Very easy to use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Covid 19 issues, working from home, quarantine and stuck home, still can communicate with others

What do you like best? ease of use. easy to find and contact people in my org, easy to set up meetings and group chats. What do you dislike? Some things are un-intuitive at first and take getting used to, like how to set up and use groups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
