Cisco - Good but not Great

What do you like best? It is easy to join meetings and the interface is also simple yet effective. What do you dislike? I don't like how a noise, that sounds like a large, annoying beep, goes off every time someone joins or leaves or tries to speak. It is quite a nuicence. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems are begin solved, but the aforementioned noise/beep is a problem that should be looked at and perhaps re-evaluated.

A fascinating remote group communication flatform

What do you like best? Reliable video conferencing and create and have several groups. Great chatting feature. Feels like a real class room What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about this software. all great as I ever expect. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend this software for video conferencing purposes. Implementation was difficult

What do you like best? The ability to speak with vendors without setting up Federation. Our vendors are able to IM, audio and video chat with us in order for us to work through some of our configuration issues. What do you dislike? We implemented this when it was SPARK and we had a very difficult time with the Hybrid/On-Prem setup. O365 to on prem Exchange kept failing.
