This is the best way to deal with WFH conditions. Content sharing, Screen sharing, Video conferencing, Messaging & White boarding are now really very very easy. What do you like best? Easy to use, omni-channel. Hand off from mobile to desktop is flawless and very smooth. Well integrated with other Cisco products. Bots are great, helps in syncing with company's AD and keep spaces and teams in sync. What do you dislike? Does not very well integrate with Microsoft outlook though.
