What do you like best? I like how it connects to my meetings -- and using the "spaces" and "teams" has been helpful for working with different departments. What do you dislike? I struggled getting it connected to my desk phone. It wasn't syncing at first. I also haven't figured out how to click on the name and have it call on my desk phone like our last program did. What do you like best? It's reliable, quick and easy. It's our go-to for quick messaging between coworkers. I like that we are able to create groups and easily add members to the groups for particular projects for a easy way to get information back and forth. It's much easier than sending emails back and forth which can take an afternoon to achieve 1 conversation. It's like AIM on steroids. Use it to hold presentations

What do you like best? Webex allows you to video call with a large group and also allows screenshare, which is important to presentations. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to drown out background sound without muting all participants. Recommendations to others considering the product: Better than zoom! Highly recommend. What do you like best? The best I like is the screen sharing feature of Webex teams so someone sharing with others. We are using Webex teams for chatting, screen sharing, video conferencing, etc. it is easy to use & having the quality of support. Simple to use, but missing features

What do you like best? I like how WebEx Teams syncs to my Outlook calendar and makes it easy to see contacts and schedule meetings. Making calls and sending messages is quick and easy. WebEx Teams stores all your conversations and makes it easy to search a space when you need to recall a conversation you had via messaging. Some bugs, but overall a great video/tele-conferencing software and team collaboration tool

What do you like best? I like the format of how you can easily search for individuals or team chats, have a collaborative group chat with GIFs, images, document upload, etc., video-conferencing options, etc. What do you dislike?
