What do you like best? It’s a good platform for groups and easy to share screen content. What do you dislike? The sound quality is not the best. I have to wear headphones for others to hear me speak and everyone has to stay muted unless speaking or there is a lot of feedback. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was useful when we switched to online classes.

Easy to use, does the job
What do you like best? Screen sharing and requesting control makes it easy for those who are remote What do you dislike? The Join meeting button disappears when you don’t attend on time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cisco Webex Teams has most if not all the functionality needed for effective collaboration including whiteboarding,file sharing, group messaging, etc. So high scores on lots of functions. Best for Team / Individual Meetings and Video conference

What do you like best? I like that the chat saves previous conversations and makes it easy to share documents, files, screenshots, and images as well as other multimedia in a really easy way, often better than email with larger file size and is also mobile enabled.
