its good application but difficult to schedule meeting
What do you like best? its secure, quality is really good, and waiting room and break room feature is good too. What do you dislike? difficult to schedule meeting if you have not installed outlook plugin. Recommendations to others considering the product: scheduling call should be easy and should be send invites to people without installing outlook plugins like zoom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? meeting clients remotely

The video sharing and Audio both are very good.
What do you like best? Audio and video sharing both great.i will recommend it strongly. What do you dislike? During the meeting, sometimes the speaker's voice starts echoing. If somebody calls you during WebEx meeting , after your call ends , you can't hear anything in WebEx meeting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has become very easy to organize business meetings through WebEx.

Great Work for Webinars
What do you like best? I used Cisco Webex for webinar presentation mostly and found it better than other software for the presenter side. The presenter has full control over participants, if they raise a hand and question, the presenter can easily see it and manage it and removes the ticks and marks and can mute and unmute them easily. The presenter can send invitations by emails as well with links and passwords of the sessions and if they are in parts, they can still send them in ...

we can schedule meetings and schedule calls now without any setback

Cisco at its best in communication
What do you like best? Less bandwidth requirement for meetings and collaboration. Feature rich application and keeps on updating with new features. What do you dislike? Multifunction work app I use.
What do you like best? The best aspect of Cisco Webex is the multi-functionality of the software. What do you dislike? For new users, it can be a bit of a challenge to properly navigate all the options. Issues such as false mute happens every so often.
