What do you like best? Its easy to use and can be joined by using the browser itself and don't have to download the temporary exe file as well. Easy to share the screen and the also has separate space to take notes and save them for later. This was a nice alternative when I couldn't do a video conference but still needed to meet.

What do you like best? I was able to still meet with my co-workers to discuss concerns and address them over the phone. What do you dislike? It seemed like the process was kind of clunky and had multiple steps in order to make it possible to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was able to meet with my co-workers in the midst of COVID-19 and still attend the usual business matters of our every day work life.

I don't find Webex to be the most sophisticated or user-friendly, but it gets the job done.
