Decent product for communication

What do you like best? Clean interface during conference calls. Not too much clutter. What do you dislike? Some features/functionality are not as intuitive as you would like. For example, once you are logged in to a meeting, you can no longer update your displayed name. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Client conference calls. Pretty standard software, basic calls and occasional screen shares have been helpful.
