What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You just follow the link and you are automatically connected. It is very clear if you have a good internet connect and you are able to utilitze slides as well. What do you dislike? I have not actually had to set up a meeting I have just joined so I am not sure if it is easy to set up. But I do not hear any issues with it. WebEx Makes it Easy
What do you like best? I like that you can use the control panel to see questions, who is talking, etc. Being able to record the webinars are also a huge plus. What do you dislike? I dislike when people have background noise. The program makes it easy to find out where the noise is coming from, but sometimes it can be difficult. Easy to use
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use, and to share your screen/add additional attendees and the multiple options for audio (through your computer, dial-in, etc) What do you dislike? Sometimes the image/video quality is bad, but I think that depends on the internet connection/system and not WebEx itself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Webex for conference calls all the time, for both work and school
