Missing Features but a Great Tool for Webinars

What do you like best? It's easy to understand and run a webinar without experience. Sharing screen, receiving questions, chatting back, talking. It's all there. It has a good plug-in with Salesforce and Pardot, which I have used. What do you dislike? I feel the reporting is slow. I feel the recording enablement is slow. What do you like best? I love the control that this product gives to those running the meetings. It allows you to assign presenter roles to people and everyone else that is an attendee can be totally controlled, like whether they can unmute, or use video or just sit there and watch. It really gives control of the meeting to those who are running it. What do you like best? Joining the conference call with Cisco Webex Meetings using any browser or with webex plugin/app provides flexibility for all users. What do you dislike? Seems it needs little optimisation for audio/video where network bandwidth is very low. I like WebEx the normal version. Webinar does give you better control but still not seamless.

What do you like best? I can arrange large scale meetings without having to think too hard about whether the technology will fail me. What do you dislike? Classic issues around giving people audio when they join. Never seem to be able to have a smooth webinar giving people this control. What problems are you solving with the product?
