Lots of Issues but Works

What do you like best? I like that I can send calls/webexes via email. I like the mobile app and the outlook add on. What do you dislike? I don't like the phone line because it's often down, busy or has connectivity issues. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a back up option when client facing! Can't tell if I love it or hate it

What do you like best? I lecture in a large computer lab where not everyone can see common screens. So, we use Webex so everyone can see the lecture on their screen. It is great that wherever you are, someone can see the lecture. I LOVE the pause feature. I can show students a problem, pause the screen while I work it out, and then resume when I am ready for them to see the content again. I LOVE LOVE this feature. It is so convenient. What do you like best? It’s good for online meetings where each participant can join to the meeting from different places. No need to be in the same room. What do you dislike? Webex is full of issues and does not have he best UI, video quality also tends to be poor, not a good way to show off to customers. Needs improvement

What do you like best? Ability to host meetings online with ability to have video, record and share screen. What do you dislike? Glitchy. 20% of calls have issues including invitees not able to log or dial in. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be ready for issues by always having a meeting back up plan.
