super easy

What do you like best? i would say that i like the customer care the best. super fast response and always super kind and helpful! What do you dislike? I would say that i totally dislike that it takes super long to get my money back for each trip. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is no problem with circula, till now. But i will let you know immediately if there is something i would complaint about..

Easy, seamless process!

What do you like best? The ease of uploading an expense and how quick it is to do so. Also the support function was great, customer support agent was responsive, friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? There is still no option to set-up e-mail notifications for when expenses are received or importantly, processed in my account settings. Ive asked Circula support and they are looking into it for my account, as it is an error, but this would be a great feature and useful for me. ...

Pretty easy to use

User and admin friendly

What do you like best? Report function is really helpful and the interface is great to DATEV Accounting What do you dislike? Rejected and exported expenses cannot be seen and retracted by accountant. If an employee added an ordner and one expense get rejected, they do not get notified. The ordener itself need to be rejected. -> it would be helpful, that the rest can be approved and paid, as long we wait for the correction of 1 expense. What problems are you solving with ...

Happily ever after with Circula

What do you like best? Circula helps me with all the billing and invoicing paperwork I have in my job - quickly, easy and without paper. What do you dislike? Sometimes, the automatic scanner cuts some of the bills but most of the time the app does what it should do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Daily paperwork with regards to travel costs and other billings are reduced to the max which saves a lot of time.

It made my life a lot easier.

What do you like best? It saves 80% of my time for expense refund. What do you dislike? UX could be a bit better, e.g. when adding receipts to a journey, you have to go via camera mode. easy and efficient

What do you like best? Circula is a great tool for expenses. You can scan your receipts easily via your phone camera. It is super easy to use! You can upload the receipts for your colleagues as well and you have a great overview about all your expenses. What do you dislike? I think its a great tool without much things to dislike. Circula can read some of the receipts automatically but for now it is just 1-2 Companys which they can read. It would be great if they could upgrade that ...
