We installed the system within hours of looking for a solution. We found the whole setup to be very intuitive for anyone that has a modicum of IT skill. Unusable product, poor sound quality

I had a very simple setup, redirecting calls to circleloop app installed on mobile. Terrible sound quality, product is unusable.

They really have been great

They really have been great. Everything went like clockwork with the number port. The app is good and I like being able to have it on my desktop. Answerphone messages are voice to text and then emailed which is nice. I am genuinely impressed Oh, and the line quality has been good so far

CRM Integration

I called to discuss calling from our CRM package and got through to Dan. He advised that it is something to do with the CRM we use. Dan went the extra mile and investigated the issue and came back promptly with the answers i called up about.

It's absolutely terrible

It's absolutely terrible. Manages calls over data and has constant issues and drop outs. Why is WhatsApp/Facetime/Messenger able to do this so seamlessly, and this is pitched as a business product, yet lacks basically functionality of actually being able to hear the person on the other end.
