Great experience

Great experience, super fast customer service, one on one help and guidance. And an outstanding service. Free 0333 number, answer phone you can personalise with your own professional greeting, add your own music when customers are on hold AND so much more. A service that has already saved me time in 1 hour and a new booking. I’m already in profit. Amazing service / customer service

The Best Customer Service!

I'm a VA with a building client base and I manage to set up and remove numbers easily using the Windows or iPhone App but I had a technical issue when setting up voicemail for a new number. With any other IT or Service company, you are never able to speak to the same person, if you get to speak to anyone at all. Good System -Excellent Service

The whole experience from first contact to getting our numbers ported has been refreshingly different. Every phone call for help was met by knowledgeable, friendly support. In particular the assistance from Sarah and Zac with the number porting was exceptional. In use the system is different from a standard telephony paradigm but works well. Quality is good and the features serve our needs well.

Perfect for use with HubSpot

If you use HubSpot (or any other suported CRM) this is a great phone system. And their month by month plans are a refreshing approach to telecoms.

Best sales experience ever

Circle Loop staff (Imogen thank you!) were very helpful in onboarding me to Circle Loop - they called me back (an international number!) with answers to my questions if they didn't know the answer offhand, negotiated a discount on my behalf as an ed startup and had a Hong Kong card processing capability added just for my convenience. Great service and still improving all the time.

I first heard about CircleLoop a few years ago at a marketing event and was immediately intrigued. The service is absolutely excellent - great call quality, reliability and pricing. However, the thing that impresses me the most is the continual improvements. CircleLoop constantly adds thoughtful features and incremental improvements which really show that they care about the service and its users. Quite probably the best VoIP service available.

Easy to Set-up and Easy to Manage

Having been a user of number Telephony systems for the past 15 years, this is the best value and easiest to use i've seen. I've 8 users on the system which I originally set-up as a back-up solution for my previous VOIP system. It took 30 minutes to set-up and i've been that impressed with it, it's now the core telephony system for my business.
