Sadly awful app
Sadly awful app, cuts calls off when answering and line drops all the time (maybe my internet) unusable for Business, avoid.

Great communication
Sarah was very attentative during the porting process and kept me informed all the way. In other instances where I have requested support the team have responded very quickly and helped me with anything i had trouble with.

Great customer service in a world where this is now rare!
The first call I made to circleLoop was instantly impressive as the agent was engaging, personable and clearly efficient- I was blown away to be honest as I have been used to customer service within large organisations such as BT, Barclays etc providing increasingly poor and inefficient customer service- its a sad state of affairs when we are impressed by a company being efficient but CircleLoop are definitely on the ball- great staff!!

I spoke to Dom who I couldn't recommend enough his service from start to finish was superb and he made it look so easy if it wasn't for him we probably looked elsewhere Sean @ Best Protect

Circleloop were great
Circleloop were great and the transition was simple. We had a couple of issues when we first went over to the system as we changed our fibre connection and router at the same time but the team worked through to resolve the issues. Sarah from the porting team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process

Fantastic service from start to finish!
Sadly I rarely feel inclined to leave good reviews for products and services I receive but 'credit where credit is due', I can honestly say that I have received a fantastic service from the outset. I had a really bad experience with my previous telephony provider and was very nervous about switching. Hard to cancel service
Call quality and App were excellent. BUT when I try to cancel the service - poor service and company keeps taking the monthly subscription.
