I am thrilled! I only need the phone in the mornings currently so the out of office hours are very handy. I love CircleLoop, it does everything I want and more and it will grow with me as my business grows. I love that i can have a different voicemail in the afternoon to the one that plays in the morning if I happen to already be on the phone. What do you like best about CircleLoop? My favourite part of using CircleLoop is its simplicity. Download the app for mobile or desktop, setup my numbers and I'm up and running. Add to that the ability to toggle call recordings and view call analytics on both mobile and desktop is a huge bonus. The set up and software were super easy…

The set up and software were super easy and it was followed up with a customer manager email to help guide you through. The reason I have knocked a star off is because you have to email the cancellation team or phone them which if you added your billing details could cause you to get charged so be aware of this cancellation route prior to signing up. However, that said, I contacted customer support via the email and they did respond to cancel.

Incredibly helpful and patient

I have absolutely no prior knowledge of VOIP systems and was coming to this system with little understanding of how they work. I have found the advisors to be very helpful in guiding me through how to set this up for our charity. Imogen in particular explained certain features clearly and with great patience. I now feel confident that I have the right settings in place that will work for us. We are still at the testing stage as have only recently signed up, but so far the guidance online ...

Working with it

I was going to delete my account because it wasn't working. However after leaving a poor review a very nice chap from circle loop gave me a call to explain some of the limits of modern technology using 4g on potentially unstable 4g connections. He explained how we could set it up in a different way to give us what we need and we are now giving it another try.

OK, but message transcription element hopeless

We signed up to this under the trial scheme. On the whole it's worked well for us so far. The message (voice > text) transcription element is usually wildly inaccurate and often makes genuine requests for help appear as spam; we advise our responders to ignore that 'feature'.
