Time to move on.

We have been using Circle Loop for a few years now. It's time to change. The software is full of bugs, and the mobile app is almost entirely ineffective. The app will ring until the battery is dead. The desktop app, the 1st call after a restart, will 100% always fail (starting doing this a few months ago). Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Massive thanks to Adam at CircleLoop who helped us streamline our phone setup. We were considering leaving CircleLoop previously as we weren't happy with the setup we had in place, but after calling customer service everything was sorted in one short call and Adam went out of his way to be helpful.

You Just Can't Leave....

So we needed to leave Circleloop as the call forwarding is flakey and kept on dropping call hunting - and also charging us for forwarding. So in February we started the process of moving three numbers. We are now at May and only ONE has transferred. The other two are still with Circleloop and there is no rhyme or reason for holding on to them. But they sure make it difficult - and it does seem, in part, intentional. I wanted to set up a desk phone for my first shop. I had used circleloop for a year before on my mobile phone. The total time between asking and a solution was about an hour. Their support rep made me a custom config file that meant i had no setup to do on my 3rd party Yaelink handset Very happy customer
