The support team, both Dan and Adam, were right on the ball and able to instantly implement requests. Also, the trial worked flawlessly.

Excellent customer service! Massive thanks to Adam at CircleLoop who helped us streamline our phone setup. We were considering leaving CircleLoop previously as we weren't happy with the setup we had in place, but after calling customer service everything was sorted in one short call and Adam went out of his way to be helpful.

A+ for support

I wanted to set up a desk phone for my first shop. I had used circleloop for a year before on my mobile phone. The total time between asking and a solution was about an hour. Their support rep made me a custom config file that meant i had no setup to do on my 3rd party Yaelink handset Very happy customer

Imogen was super helpful! Had a call with Imogen this morning to cover some questions I had as a new user and she couldn't of been more polite or helpful. She answered all my questions and even gave me advice on how best to utilise the system for my specific needs. I would highly recommend this firm based on my experience.

Awesome App

Awesome App! Virtual numbers have come such a long way! Using this App to manage numbers and make changes is just too easy. The UI is great, had to play around with my phones permissions as you do but apart from that no other changes are needed. I did miss a call that I wasn't alerted too once, probably my phone's fault, but other than that it's been fantastic.

Great product and amazing customer support! We decided to make the transition to AoIP from our old landline. CircleLoop was recommended to us and we are very glad we picked them. Ours was not a straightforward switch as we wanted to keep our number and so had to move our broadband over to a new line before porting the number across.
