Like everyone else, my first thought when writing this review was to talk about how well CINC works in terms of information management and its interface with the website for homeowners and Board Members, and how easy it makes accounting tasks. What do you like best about CINC Systems? I like how it posts payments and the group reports and other reporting options. I love having the integrated banks and all that allows us to see and reconcile daily
