What do you like best about CiiRUS? It is incredibly easy to use and navigate through. You don't have to be a professional to learn the ropes of using this software, which I love!

What do you like best about CiiRUS? An item that I would like to point out to be the best is to have more than one employee viewing a work item at a time. It is nice to be able to share or review other employees work items so we can work towards the mutual solution on a specific problem. Even if employees are out sick or on Paid leave time, projects and work items can easily be managed or moved to other team members.
