"Lots of knowledge, Great communication and easy to work with"
What do you like best about Cien? Cien is able to understand our Salesforce data like no own else. Their standardization of our not-always-clean data has helped us identify new markets we were unaware of before. They've also been able to make some recommendations as to how we're handling our data which is saving our employees time and making our data easier to look at. What do you dislike about Cien? "Great AI for Salesforce and improving sales efficiency"
What do you like best about Cien? We like that we're able to quickly and easily see all of our open opportunities and more importantly, the ones that are predicted to close this month. The predictions are surprisingly accurate and helps my team with prioritization. We also like that we can see how much value each sales person has created - it's changed the way we measure employee performance. What do you dislike about Cien?
