"Great tool for startups!"

What do you like best about Churn360? All the features! So easy to use and to get all that I need without extra fees is great. We were up and running after just a few weeks. What do you dislike about Churn360? So far, I would like usage based playbooks and being able to add new customers without an import. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
