Best way to follow church guests, volunteers, and members.

What do you like best? I love that just about everything needed to manage a database is all in one. Not only does this have basic functions such as family and personal info, but it also allows us to organize groups and manage events and host forms for people to fill out. There is also a way to track progress of individuals and always have a touchpoint for them: whether it is connecting onto a team, a small group, or attending an event. I like it!

What do you like best? Has great ease of use, not complicated, and allows the church to do most things that are needed. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to capture attendance better and for our volunteers to check in (with name tags) much like the students do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So far I have enjoyed it and it seems like the pros outweigh the cons.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am a church leader so I need to be connected to my staff, volunteers, and church members. I recently began to use this software as an APP on my phone because I am a leader at my church and I really like the ability to connect with, and contact, a large group of people from one ministry.
