What do you like best about Chronus? I really enjoyed the versatility of the program for a mentorship program that paired graduate students with high schoolers. We were able to make the mentors and mentees each view discussion topics based off of our own monthly curriculum, and this facilitated monthly discussions very well. What do you like best about Chronus? eMentorConnect has been a great resource to support mentoring, particularly with our transition to fully virtual engagements this year. I love that the tools are at my fingertips to share with mentee. These range from the questions to stimulate Mentee thinking and discussions to resources that support their self discovery and development through learning content.

What do you like best about Chronus? I think the platform has made a huge difference in improving communication between mentees and mentors. The exchange feature gives mentees and mentors a place to share notes from prior face-to-face discussions. The portal provides a place for both parties to upload articles and resources for additional development.
