Simple and Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like how simple and easy it is to use this software. I use it to submit my expense reports for the law firm that I work at. I can submit requests in behalf of other people in the firm and it is pretty quick and easy to go around. It feels like its very simple that anyone even those with little to no experience with expense reports can do. You just create a title for the expense, add the date, and start inputting expenses. Easy, Institutive and Paperless!

What do you like best? Compliance Messages and Submit compliance help you build your application to catch incorrect documents or perhaps fraudulent documents before they are submitted. The ability to make adjustments or return reports helps cut down on incorrect documents being published. What do you dislike? Analytics is slow and not too intuitive. Recently Switched to Chrome River EXPENSE

What do you like best? Very happy with the ease of entering expenses. Easy to navigate and populate saving me lots of time, freeing me up to get to other tasks. What do you dislike? No negatives yet. I'm still getting used to the interface but it has been an easy transition. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings and less input errors from using the receipt upload pricess.

Work Expenses

What do you like best? Chrome River is so helpful because it includes everything you need to fill out. For example, I use it for my work to collect miles they need to pay me for traveling to different locations. It gives me the map where I can search my addresses, and everything is just easier because it saves that information and when I need to do a new document everything is already there. Besides adding up my miles I can also upload receipts for things I bought out of pocket for work ...

What do you like best? Chrome River Expense has kept up with the times as far as the number of clicks to achieve a goal. Their mobile format is perfect. What do you dislike? So far there isn't anything I don't like about Chrome River Expense. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We moved from receipts, scanning attachments, submitting invoices, to doing it all with CRE.

What do you like best? TSP transitioned from Concur to Chrome River last year. We enjoy the app and streamline entry. The platform is much cleaner and easier to navigate then Concur. What do you dislike? Auditing Reports are greatly lacking.
