What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? The ability to record and access the conversations whenever needed, not only via Chorus but also via Salesforce. It has allowed me to ensure that the information collected is accurate and that I am confident in what I share with my sales partner. This has helped us plan for future calls with prospects. I am also a fan of conversation tracking and coaching. It has helped in improving our approach and not dominating the conversation.

What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? Really like the new feature for overview and next steps, often they are exactly what I would have written as my next steps. The quality of the transcripts is getting better all the time. It's a little expensive for what it is, but less expensive than Gong.

"My Best Buddy"
What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? We have been using Chorus for our meeting recording and best part I liked is it provide the detail summary of the call. It give proper anaylysis what major questions asked, key points and all minor details. Loved it. I loved their dashboard and its UI. Very easy to use.

"Best professional services use of AI I've encountered"
What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? The barrier to usability with Chorus.ai is virtually non-existent. Once you're set up, and your preferences are configured, you have an AI assistant recording and transcribing your meetings with detailed notes, action items, and conversation analytics. Given how many meetings our implementation team is running each week, having a ready-to-go recap to forward on to our clients (with a minimum of customization required) is a game-changer.

What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? I really enjoyed being able to review my calls with AI assistance. Before chorus, I would have to watch the whole recording over and over to get a general idea of my mistakes. Chorus provides me with a good starting point to improve my sales.

What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? Chorus is great as a seller because I can watch sales calls from our top performers and learn quickly. "Easy and reliable!"
What do you like best about Chorus by ZoomInfo? What I love the best about Chorus is that right after a meeting the recording+transcrprit is ready within minutes. Every week I enjoy watching old demos and ways I can improve. Although the transcript might not be 100% correct all the time, it still helps to review what worked and what did not work.
