Sr. Demand Generation Manager

What do you like best? User-friendly platform and very cool and advanced targeting capabilities. What do you dislike? We had a lot of limitations with targeting/reach. It seemed like the platform was built for B2C companies and not B2B companies. I really like Choozle, but it was not great for our industry. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that they have the reach and audience you are looking for. If you are a B2C company, I think Choozle would be a ...

A good value but simple DSP

What do you like best? Low minimums, easy to get started and customer support is solid. What do you dislike? Interface is quite limited though it's come on a long way over the last year. Reporting is of middling quality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Choozle allowed us to quickly get our creatives live across all the different networks. Not having to go through the rigamarole of an endless sales process.

Good option for smaller agencies with limited budgets

What do you like best? Ease of campaign setup, no platform minimums What do you dislike? Limited in scale, frequent turnover in account managers Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a decent entry-level DSP for small agencies who can't afford some of the bigger players with large contracts and monthly spend minimums. There are challenges with scale though, especially as compared to a Trade Desk or Media Math. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Decent Platform

What do you like best? Flexeibility to do a lot of different things What do you dislike? I dislike that the invoicing system does not aggregate all balances but sends 10 different invoices each month. Super confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you discuss the Insights charges, etc. so there are no surprises What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ad placement for universities Able to target ...

A DSP that covers all your needs

What do you like best? In choosing a DSP, our company review and took proposals from a who's who list of the top DSP's around. After about 3 months of meetings and pitches and sales calls, there was one DSP that stood significantly above the rest and that's Choozle. Their customer service is outstanding. They offer a ramp up plan that allows us to work with their team for the first 3 months to normalize ourselves with the platform and it's features. Over those 90 days, they slowly take ...

Easy, straighforward platform for accessing programmatic inventory

What do you like best? Simple UI, AWESOME customer service, ease of audience creation, libraries for housing creative & geo-targeting lists What do you dislike? self-service reporting is very limited. Platform needs better notification system for creative disapprovals and audience size fluctuations Recommendations to others considering the product: Lean on them to set up automated, scheduled reporting if you need anything other than a summary overview. The team is very responsive ...

Choozle is a user friendly DSP

What do you like best? Choozle provides incredible service to its clients and is way more manageable than other big DSPs in the digital advertising space What do you dislike? There is really not too much to dislike, CPMs can be steep at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Choozle has incredible data insights that are beneficial to ad operators but more importantly "wow" clients to show them what their 1st and 3rd party data says ...

Solid DSP. Easy to use.

What do you like best? Ease of us, everything is streamlined well and easy to understand. It is very easy to create campaigns and ads, bulk uploads of assets whether its creative or a zip code list is easy to do. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Geofencing has also been really helpful. What do you dislike? Some of the insights are not easily found. For example, it was difficult for me to find where I could see how each individual ad was performing or who it was showing ...

Easy To Use, Great Support

What do you like best? The team is the best part of using Choozle. Katie and Sam have all the answers not just about how to use the tool, but marketing strategy and best practices. Great group to work with. What do you dislike? I wish I could get my ad spend invoices out of the tool instead of having to email support each month. But not a big deal. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to get started with programmatic ad buys What problems are you ...

Easy to learn experience

What do you like best? I like how easy the platform is to use, and the partnership with Factual so we can create GeoFencing Campaigns What do you dislike? Once you're signed up, you're kind of left in the dark, Would love follow-ups from the company. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get the team to help you out if you have any questions, they will assist you. Better than hacking at it alone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
