Great and easy program to work with!

What do you like best? I personally enjoy how easy the program is to handle. The way it is programmed makes it convenient for all users. Customer service reps are usually very helpful in handling problems. I also enjoy the consistency of the program. Once you have learned how to maneuver through the system it becomes very easy to accomplish work quickly and efficiently. I like that everything is mainly completed from this one program. What do you like best? The best thing is that it is very clear & straight forward. I am able to see everything at once. What do you dislike? The alerts are not always correct when they should be . Very user friendly; makes fast efficient SOAP notes; powerful software

What do you like best? I really liked the ability of using a touch screen tablet for my daily note taking. The tablet was great in that I could be anywhere in the office and access patient files at the touch of a screen What do you dislike? Still requires some IT knowledge to implement, as well as expensive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes for great note taking

Simple to use all-inclusive practice management at a great price!

What do you like best? Simple, concise, accurate accounting, Easy to read patient scheduling. Modern text communication with patients. Awesome support team! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The fact that u can suggest ideas for improvement and they are taken into consideration. What do you dislike? That the statements are not customizable What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helping patient flow go faster as well as reconciliation

Chirotouch is a reporting behemoth

What do you like best? I like that you can create separate fee schedules for different insurance companies and all of the internal reporting functions chirotouch has. They also have easily accessible and knowledgeable staff seemingly available at all times. What do you dislike? Chirotouch tends to have issues with each update, and the patches to fix the update based glitches are slow to be released. CT has been the easiest and most efficient chiropractic software that I have used in 36 years.

What do you like best? Everything is integrated; patient records, SOAP notes, accounting, billing, credit card payments etc. What do you dislike? There are very few dislikes. They recently mandated a manual update that for some reason, made it impossible to retrieve any patient information. I was told that mine was an exception and the did work throughout the day until they had me up and running. My understanding is that the updates are now automated and seamless. Love chirotouch

What do you like best? It's an all in one software... I can schedule, bill, email, handle missing lists, scan right into etc... theres so much this program does What do you dislike? It's slow, only has 3 ways to search for a patient, (first, last and acct number) no dob search no phone number etc What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling problems have been easier now with chirotouch
