Easy to use

What do you like best? The statements are easy for patients to understand. The scheduling, note taking and billing modules are intuitive. Also, the customer service is quick and so helpful. What do you dislike? I don't like that are customers do not appear in alphabetical order when trying to search from the scheduling page. I also don't like that the documentation does not change to the patient you are working on in billing. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
