Easy to use

What do you like best? The statements are easy for patients to understand. The scheduling, note taking and billing modules are intuitive. Also, the customer service is quick and so helpful. What do you dislike? I don't like that are customers do not appear in alphabetical order when trying to search from the scheduling page. Simple, efficient and very useful tool.

What do you like best? I really like that it is fully cloud based meaning i can access my files anywhere on any device. The reminders sent out for clients bookings is a great tool too, for those clients whom book in advance. What do you dislike? Chirofusion - average but not as customizable

What do you like best? web-based. You can get through notes fairly quickly, pre-loaded templates are useful What do you dislike? it's slow on some browsers. I can't stand the lack of customizing available. The muscles aren't always organized in logical ways in the SOAP portion. I also don't like that you have to pay for any type of tech support.
