What do you like best about Checkwriters? They are a local company with kind people. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not all staff thoroughly trained. Get different answers to questions depending on who you ask. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Automatic filing of taxes and 401k submissions.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? I like not having to process payroll, so it frees up some of my time. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Getting a hold of them hasn't been easy, and when mistakes are made, there isn't accountability. I feel like they are quick to put the blame on us. It would be nice to have quicker response times. What do you like best about Checkwriters? The staff is extremely cooperative and they follow through on pending issues. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not all aspects of navigating the system is intuitive. Therefore, some training is required. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a complicated payroll and Checkwriters' service handles it extremely well.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? I like their friendly customer service, They will email me how-to's, and I save them so I can look back and use them the next time I need help. "Very intuitive system and helpful support team"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? Their support is very helpful. The system is simple to use and the app is great for our employees. For an outsourced payroll system, I'm very impressed with how well it works and with their response when it comes to issues. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I've not used a 3rd party payroll system in the past so not having all the payroll data linked to our g/l is what I dislike most but I'm pleasantly surprised that's about all I can find to ...

What do you like best about Checkwriters? Their response and solutions are coming very quick. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Nothing to change at this moment. I have a good experience with them. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Sick and vacation time policies. Also, with the taxes part.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The user-friendly format and the attendance app. It saves me so much time from entering from timecards. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I sometimes have problems with closing out the payroll. Also like it has a small glitch. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? My rep is so amazing. They respond very quickly to any questions I may have.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The Checkwriters system has an easy UI for payroll processing and an excellent HR support module. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The time and attendance/timeoff tracking is cumbersome and takes time to get used to. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to Checkwrtiers our organization was 100% paper based. With Checkwriters we have moved to almost 100% electronic for onboarding and off boarding.

I wish that the report writer was a little easier to use and can create easy customer reports What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Our business is small and having someone take the payroll function off our plate helps us save time
