What do you like best about Checkwriters? Within a minute, I can get on the phone with a payroll specialist and they can help with any question I have. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The software is not incredibly intuitive What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? They allow us to outsource our payroll processing.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? I can call and talk to a real person anytime I need to. The staff is friendly and understands that I am not a payroll expert. I would say that they "care" about my business and that is very important. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The web interface is a little rough. I am a retired software professional and my guess is that they're trying to support multiple platforms with one code base. Not a huge issue. Their support is awesome when I ...

What do you like best about Checkwriters? I feel that the reports are very helpful and easy to locate! Also the staff and their quickness in responding is fantastic. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I have no dislikes, I really enjoyed working with checkwriters, it was a breathe of fresh air from our last payroll company. "Easiest payroll software I have used! Staff is wonderful, personable, quite responsive to emails."

What do you like best about Checkwriters? When my usual contact is not available, others can step in. Cross-training at best. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Lack of ability to write my own reports. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? When employee direct deposits reject, I get an email immediately. I can resolve before the employee notices. Otherwise, no issues.

"A One Stop Shop for all of your Business Payroll Needs"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? It is very convenient to be able to have 1 Point of Contact who is able to answer all of your questions and facilitate any help that I may need. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? There has been some change in staffing which creates a learning curve for the new person but other than that there isnt much of a downside at all!
