What do you like best? Ease of use; the front page is laid out so there is nothing that can be missed. It is clean and there is not a lot of random stuff going on. It is easy to see which reports are pending and how many people may have already responded to the check. It is also extremely easy to see those that have been completed. What do you like best? Very user friendly for me and the reference giver. It's nice that it is more of a survey. I also like knowing it was done by the correct person, no suspicious activity shown. It appears more professional as well. I like that I get an email letting me know the moment a reference has been completed as well. It saves me time on checking back in. I also like to be able to send the reminder notification in case they forgot.

"Very Convenient"
What do you like best? The fact that I am no longer wasting time making phone calls. Spending time on those calls, or trying to reach someone without any luck takes time from my other tasks and Checkster frees up that time. It is also very informative, some references may not be completely honest in a phone interview, but feel more comfortable online.

What do you like best? Checkster has made my life as a Recruiter a lot easier. No more playing phone tag with references. I love how complete the reference report is. I believe people feel more comfortable filling up a reference online without having to worry about being identified.
