What do you like best? I like that the reference checks are in the employees' hands. The amount of effort that they put into the reference check gives you a good idea of the type of employee they will be. If they blow it off and do the bare minimum, if gives us reason to wonder if they'd be a good employee.

What do you like best? Cheskster is actually integrating liaison ratings, saving effort and time for the recruitment team. Additionally, it has links to databases which may be enhanced as talent pools. You are able to tailor the research of yours to your character criteria. It offers quality control of the employment process as well as the potential to look at analyses and reports.
