Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, delaying payments, hold money without a reason. Their terms say nothing about checkout.com being able to hold large amounts of money. Slow and unprofessional

Dodgy

I was about to pay for an item but as the site did not exhibit any of the normal safety features I decided to investigate. Nothing gave confidence that it was a secure process so I aborted my purchase.

Horrible payment system

Horrible payment system! it was said that there is an "something" error in the notification payment but the money is debited from my account, the customer service I get general explanations "something has gone wrong" they do not deliver the money on time to the recipient !!! It is not recommended to use their services

Awful payment system

Awful payment system. Used to pay gulfvisa and said error message but deducted money from my account. Should have stooped after first attempt when it was buffering but tried again. Hooefully they'll deliver money to recipient.

Delays payments

Delays payments, especially when payments are refused this company takes 5 days or more to rebook to customers. This leads to all sorts of issues with customers

Worst & Unprofessional sales Manager named Diego.

Worst and Rude Sales Manager named Diego. I did apply for an account, in reply Diego replied and it was totally unprofessional. I did complain to the main office regarding this issue but the same guy handled the issue which ended up with the worst experience. The Worst and most arrogant

The Worst and most arrogant they rejected our inquiry , just because we are small new start up, and the numbers was not matching what they are looking for.we as new start up expect support , when we do not get support when we need it , they shouldn't expect us to contact them when we grow and become exceeding what they were looking for.One day they were a start up, and was begging for a customer , now they rejecting small companies, wish that will not affect you guys Mohammad Ismail

"Left us without money"

What do you like best about checkout.com? I can't say nothing good about the company. Nothing good from a customer perspective. They grew so fast, which resulted in unfpofessional staff. Staff just doesn't know ANYTHING at all in this company.
