"Left us without money"

What do you like best about checkout.com? I can't say nothing good about the company. Nothing good from a customer perspective. They grew so fast, which resulted in unfpofessional staff. Staff just doesn't know ANYTHING at all in this company.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional, delaying payments, hold money without a reason. Their terms say nothing about checkout.com being able to hold large amounts of money. Slow and unprofessional

Dodgy

I was about to pay for an item but as the site did not exhibit any of the normal safety features I decided to investigate. Nothing gave confidence that it was a secure process so I aborted my purchase.

What do you like best about checkout.com? The dashboard is simple and easy to use, you can navigate quickly and locate customers, records on payments and transactions, look for failed payments and identify the issues easily.

Exceptional!

Checkout.com have been exceptional from start to finish. It has taken less than a week from start-up to being up and running. Customer service has also been excellent.
