PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It utilizes social media pwoer in driving your CRM system. Very simple to utilize. A wide range of features which incldue tagging and sharing. Allows us to post important updates to everyone

You can post updates and also store information for clients in the same application.You can also have pop up notifications when someone posts something new to alert you while you are doing other tasks at work. It functions exceptionally well and has carved its own place in the industry.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A number of things that I like about it. Setting it up was simple. It's easy to manage. Its Salesforce integration and mobile SF1 application. With Salesforce Chatter, anyone can easily follow each other with virtually zero restrictions.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its update status to sourcing information. That is, making inquiries and acquiring advice instead of sending out a blast e-mail.
