Convenient and Beneficial!

What do you like best? I like that we are notified via email about reviews, both good and bad, so we can respond in a timely manner What do you dislike? I do not find any downsides to chatmeter What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can hear about resident issues in a timely manner and address them expediently, often times changing their opinion of our community and staff

I like that you can respond and see reviews right away. It is very easy to get in touch with a guest

Easy stress free way to upgrade Customer Service.

What do you like best? That I can check 1 website for all of my reviews. What do you dislike? I do not have anything that I dislike about the service. What problems are you solving with the product? Usually, I do not have the flexibility of time check serval websites and respond to every single lead in a timely manner, but with Chatmeter I have the ease of logging into 1 website for all my needs.
