What do you like best about Chatmeter? Chatmeter makes it easy to manage reviews on our Google, Glassdoor and social platforms. We have had to work out a few kinks here and there, but more importantly, if an issue arises, our point of contact is very quick to respond and either solve the problem or bring a new idea. What do you like best about Chatmeter? Customer service is top notch. The system is easy to use and well-organized. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? Use of Google Docs to update the menu items, however the Chatmeter team is working to fix. What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? Seeing all reviews in one dashboard and being able to manage local store pages all in one place.

"Very easy to work with. Great product. Easy to use!"
What do you like best about Chatmeter? The ease of answering reviews. I was able to add several different responses and can choose the appropriate response either at my desk or on the go with the app. Great when I am on the road. Very easy to update content. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? I don't have many complaints however I am a bit disappointed in the Facebook duplicate listing clean-up. My social media CSM is working on it. What do you like best about Chatmeter? How we can see all of our guests comments from different platforms in one place What do you dislike about Chatmeter? That you can not reply to all platforms directly. I am greatly disappointed that duplicate reviews from the same person do not get removed. What do you like best about Chatmeter? The Reputation Summary makes it easy to analyze review data from multiple platforms. As someone who looks at data from a high level, the Location Comparison is a great way to see all locations. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? There are filter options to look at Last Month, Last Week, ect. but not for This Month. This is a minor inconvenience because the Select Range filter makes this possible, but we use this view daily. What do you like best about Chatmeter? What we like about Chatmeter is that we are able to stay on top of customer insights about their in-store experience. We're also able to share this data across our stores so that Store Managers can directly make changes based on customer feedback. What do you like best about Chatmeter? I love the fact that Chatmeter keeps me in touch with my guest feedback. Timely review and response to feedback is the most effective way to a resolution. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? I wish guest feedback would show me the guest email address for direct response. There are times when I would send a e-gift to a guest to resolve a complaint.
