What do you like best about Chatmeter? We can assign tasks to another team member, New Pulse reporting, and the Heat Map of all locations. When we need help with our Google locations or have a fundamental question, the team at Chatmeter responds quickly and always gives us helpful hints on improving our social reputation. "They are very customer-service oriented and are very thorough and patient with explanations."

What do you like best about Chatmeter? The analytics are very explicit and thorough. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? My inept ability to pull reports, but that's my fault! What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? It took so much of our time answering reviews before Chatmeter. I love the tools that they provide for helping with that. We can answer reviews much more efficiently.

What do you like best about Chatmeter? They are CONSTANTLY keeping up with industry standards. Whether that means warning us about SEO changes or keeping us at the leading edge of digital visibility! What do you dislike about Chatmeter? Your tools are pretty pricey, meaning it's an uphill battle for small marketing departments to acquire budget support for it. What do you like best about Chatmeter? Ease of visual aids and accountability features! We have all of our team able to log in and see real-time results. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? They are constantly improving as we make requests. Zero downsides at this time. What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking all reviews in one place. Easy scorecard per location for trends. Review and CX feedback in real time.
