Chatmeter is awesome

What do you like best? Ease of use, user-friendly interface, not much of a learning curve What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like, maybe improving the notification system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to respond to customer's reviews in a timely manner which improves customer satisfaction

Chatmeter is great to use and helps make business much easier!

What do you like best? All the insights it gives in regards to reviews from multiple websites and social media. What do you dislike? Can be a bit confusing with so much that it has, but it is worth it to learn it all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It great to be able to see what guest are saying about how your doing. What do you dislike? There is really nothing that we dislike. Chatmeter for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

What do you like best? The ability to see all platforms of reviews right in one place. I really appreciate the ability to filter the reviews to see which ones I have not yet responded to. With managing three different franchises in two different states, this is a HUGE help! What do you like best? My favorite thing about jap meter is that all of my reviews are in one place. Are used to have to go to multiple different sites but now everything is right there. Great Product!

What do you like best? Easily view and respond to reviews. Lifetime analytics. What do you dislike? I miss the old layout on the review page, data above reviews rather than reviews being on a separate tab. I also wish the ability to choose 'All' on review sources was reinstated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missing responding to reviews on less visible sites.

Love that you get notifications of new reviews!

What do you like best? I like that they have outreach. Keeps reviews coming in and lets us know how we are doing in real time What do you dislike? I get multiple emails for a single review. Overkill What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gives residents the opportunity to communicate more with the office especially since we are not interacting with residents the same way we used to.

Best local brand management

What do you like best? I love that I can see all the different platform reviews. I love the pre-made responses for easy and quick review response. What do you dislike?
