Love that you get notifications of new reviews!

What do you like best? I like that they have outreach. Keeps reviews coming in and lets us know how we are doing in real time What do you dislike? I get multiple emails for a single review. Overkill What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gives residents the opportunity to communicate more with the office especially since we are not interacting with residents the same way we used to.

What do you like best? I love that I can see all the different platform reviews. I love the pre-made responses for easy and quick review response. What do you dislike? Not really anything I don't like it's a great service. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great platform for reputation management. Easy to use and quick responses. Great work flow in seeing reviews from all social feeds

What do you like best? The interface is so easy to use and fast. The dashboard is concise and gives me data instantly for any parameters I want to search What do you dislike? Sometimes cumbersome and for a period of time I was getting duplications.

What do you like best? Feedback from guest is valuable information and allows me to zero in on issues. What do you dislike? As mentioned above, sometimes cumbersome. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read the tutorial vs. trying to work through it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service issues. The benefit is that the feedback is directly from the guest and allows me to target my coaching.
